Project Management: A Study On Tackling Grand Challenges With Innovation in Technology

Abstract
Effective project management is a key to success in any type of project, no matter how small or big a project is. Due to intelligence, a flawless strategy, and a right approach matter a lot. This research paper provides an overview of project management and its role in diverse fields from IT to engineering. It provides insights into innovation in technology and its use to propel projects to success. The paper along with addressing challenges limitations, and future scope, offers insights and possible solutions to improve project outcomes.
